Billing

 - Rides are billed to the customer credit card or corporate accounts number Angel Limousines accepts the fallowing credit cards:

Angel Limousines chauffeurs do not accept gratuities. An 20% service fee that calculates on the base fare, stop time wait time and any holiday surcharge be added and itemized on the customer’ billing statement . The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s bill when applicable:

Sedan Prices:

 - Angel Limousines has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rates for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
 - Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate exist will be billed at the prevailing Angel Limousines hourly rates. Customers will be billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Angel Limousines facilities until the vehicle returns to the Angel Limousines facilities, with 1.5 hour minimum.

Wait Time / Stop Time

 - For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at 15 minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. And include 1 hour waiting time at airports for international flights, half an hour for domestic flights. Waiting time at other location is $50.00 per hour
 - Rates for other trips are $50.00 per hour or $1.45 a mile, whichever is grater. Charges are computed on a round trip basis with a 3-hour minimum for local trips and a 5-hour minimum for other trips.
 - Angel Limousines is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore driver are schedule accordingly.

Cancellations

 - Cancellations must be made one hour in advance for local pickups (CT) and three hours in advance for out of town pickups. Trips not cancelled in accordance to this policy will be subject to charges.
 - A ‘no show’ fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service charge applicable waiting time will be charged when passenger fail to show at a designate location.
 - To avoid a no show fee call 1-800-526-9734 ext 1 or if you cannot locate your driver
 - Cancellation of SUV’s and stretch limousines with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hour minimum.

Other

 - Angel Limousines shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
 - Angel Limousines assumes no responsibility for lost or damage baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
